Tina moved to Hawai'i at 19 with two friends, a one-way ticket, and no safety net. She slept on an air mattress for over two years. She didn't own a car until 2014. She skateboarded and took the bus to her job in Waikīkī from Aiea.

She worked multiple jobs while attending community college full-time... paying her own way through every single credit hour. She competed in triathlons. She trained MMA twice daily. Her grandmother Momo... a Realtor, a community connector, a woman who helped Families with immigration paperwork all the way through their first homes... became ill. Tina dropped everything to be with her.
Momo passed on May 1, 2014. And in the grief of that loss, Tina found the clarity she had been searching for. Real Estate wasn't just a career path anymore. It was a calling. It was a legacy to honor. She got her license in 2016... on her birthday... October 10th.
She waited six months for her first commission check. She waitressed to survive while she built her pipeline. No handouts. No inherited client list. Her first Real Estate paycheck arrived April 30, 2017... exactly three years after her last conversation with Momo.
