The goal is not to hand you another folder of SOPs and expect you to figure it out yourself. We put the infrastructure in place so you can focus on running your business with your Team.

We take care of the technical pieces behind the scenes, including the automations that connect your forms, CRM, email marketing, workflows, and client journey.
You do not need to become the Zapier expert in your business. We make sure the technology supports the systems instead of quietly becoming another thing you maintain.

That is not a pressure tactic. It is because the work is front-loaded. My Team begins immediately on your branding, your onboarding, your workflows, your automations. The build happens at the start, so the investment sits at the start with it.
Implemented is added at enrollment, alongside your Strategic Scale coaching. Spots are limited each cohort, because my Team is building these one business at a time and there is only so much of that we can do well at once.
Here is the same math I teach inside coaching. You delegate the work that costs less to hand off than your own hour is worth.
Building this yourself is not free. It is evenings and weekends, and it is the months it takes to get to it between transactions, and it is the deals you are not working while you learn Zapier. Implemented is that same decision, applied to your own infrastructure.
And every month it stays on the list is another month you are the one holding it all together.

Your Questions, Answered
What you are wondering before you say yes.
Can I buy Implemented on its own, without the coaching?
No, and that is on purpose. Implemented is an add-on to Strategic Scale. The infrastructure only pays off if you know how to lead the business it supports, and that is what the coaching teaches. Building it for someone who has not done that work is just handing her expensive software.
What if I don't have a Support Team yet?
You can still add Implemented. The infrastructure gets built either way, and it is waiting for the person you hire. Inside coaching we work on who to bring in first and how to train them, and once they are in the door my Team trains them on everything that was implemented.
That said, if you already have a support person, they get the most out of this, because they are learning the systems as they go live.
Do I have to switch all my tools over?
We work with what makes sense for your business. The workflows live in our customized CRM app, and the surrounding pieces connect to it through Zapier. If something you already use is working, we would rather connect it than replace it. What we will not do is leave you with five tools that do not talk to each other.
How technical do I need to be?
Not at all. That is the entire point. We handle the technical side, then teach your Team the parts they need to operate it day to day. You need to be able to lead it, not build it.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
Three things. You are in coaching the whole time, so you understand what is being built and why. Your Team is trained on it rather than inheriting it. And nobody here is angling to become a permanent line item in your budget... the goal is that your business stops depending on you for every handoff, not that it starts depending on us.
Can I add it later, after I start coaching?
Reach out and let's talk about where you are. Implemented is designed to be added at enrollment so the build runs alongside the early coaching, which is when it does the most good. If you are already inside and want to add it, that is a conversation worth having.
