Tina Marie Gamble moved to Hawai'i at 19 with almost nothing. She slept on an air mattress for over two years, skateboarded to work in Waikīkī, and paid her own way through college while working multiple jobs.
When she lost her grandmother Momo in 2014... a Realtor herself and the woman who inspired everything... Tina made a decision. She was going to build something meaningful. Something that served Families the way Momo did.
She got her license in 2016, waited six months for her first commission, and waitressed to keep the lights on while she built her pipeline from scratch. No team handed to her. No database inherited. No shortcut.
She hit $10M by 2018. $25M in 2019. Then motherhood arrived... and she realized the real transformation wasn't more production. It was building a business that could RUN while she was fully present for her kids. THAT is what the Time Back Bootcamp was born to teach.
